CUSTOMIZED EXECUTIVE TEAM DEVELOPMENT
The Customized Executive Team Development is for any organization interested in taking the performance of the entire organization to the next level. It is an in depth analysis of each team member and how their individual tendencies interact with each other.
The Customized Executive Team Development has two distinct elements. The first is the Detailed Personal Profile Report. Each individual in the Executive Team will take the Detailed Personal Profile Report.
This Report is based on Axiology and the Hartman-Kinsel profile and is a 60+ page report which provides each member with an overview of their everyday thinking as well as “under-stress” thinking patterns. It identifies strength as well as vulnerabilities and can assist to develop more balanced thinking. The benefits include:

The second aspect of this package is the customized ongoing development. You and your Team Members will meet one-on-one with Dr. Doug Adams to review the individual tendencies of each member and how those tendencies interact.
Then you will have continuing sessions at regular intervals to learn how to more effectively manage the team.
Obviously we all learn more when materials are spread out over a period of time rather than a “one-shot” setting. Each team member will receive 13 “eLessons” which are customized to assist them in different aspects of thinking. The benefits include:

The Fee for the Executive Team Development Package is done on a per engagement basis and requires a minimum one year engagement. It includes.
- Each individual Team Member will receive a detailed, customized and easy to read report that will provide clear insights and practical help which will help create more value for the individual and the organization.
- Included in this 60 page report are easy to use support tools that allow quick insights into immediate adjustments the individual can make in thinking to create more value.
- Each individual will receive 13 customized eLessons delivered via email every two weeks. These eLessons range from How We Think to key managerial activities like Delegating.
- Team Directory, which provides an objective analysis of the team and recommendations for the leader to more effectively motivate and lead this particular team of people.
- Each individual will also receive three easy to use, online quizzes they can take at periodic dates to give you more direction.
- We will establish specific times and dates to meet once a month or twice a month via teleconference.
- Dr. Doug Adams will personally facilitate each session to apply the materials to important issues at work.
